Booth Chairs Needed

The following booths either need a chair for this year or the current chair is looking for someone to shadow them for next year.

Being part of a booth chair team is an excellent way to support the festival and is a great way to meet other parishioners. Without a booth chair in place a booth may be in danger of being cut from the festival, and we hate to see that happen!

Setup and Tear Down Crew

It takes months to plan, but we only have three days to set it up and one day to tear it all down.

If you are physically capable of lifting and carrying items then we can put you to work on our setup crew.

Folks with electrical experience are always in need. If you have such skills we could really use your help!

This is a great opportunity for students who need service hours to get some credits!

Please note that these jobs are not typically suited for kids younger than 7th grade.

Wednesday

Setup
We start at about 9:00AM and usually work until it gets dark.

Thursday

Setup
We start at about 9:00AM and usually work until it gets dark.

Friday

Setup
We start at about 9:00AM and work until we are done and the festival opens at 6:00.

Monday

Tear Down
We start at about 9:00AM and work until there is no more trace of the festival - usually late afternoon.

Please note that you can work as long as you are willing and able. You are not obligated to stay for the entire day. We will take any help you can give!

Lunch is provided every day and dinner is provided every day except for Friday. All meals are typically sponsored by some of our generous local eateries!
